Exchange Policy

1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must claim for an exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product.
• In this case, we will replace the product without any additional delivery charges.

2. If you receive the correct product as per the invoice but wish to exchange it, you must complete the Google form below within 7 business days of receiving the product.
• In such cases, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping charges (2X).

3. Claims made after 7 business days will not be accepted.
4. Please ensure the accurate submission of supporting evidence when filling out the form.

Return & Refund Policy

1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can return it immediately to the delivery person.
2. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, inability to be present at the given location, or dissatisfaction with the product, only the delivery charge will apply:
• Inside Dhaka City: 80/-
• Outside Dhaka City: 140/-
3. Products that have been used for more than a day, washed, or unboxed if sold as a sealed product are not eligible for return or exchange.
• However, if any defect is noticed within 7 days of use, the product can be exchanged but not returned.
4. To return a delivered product, request a refund, or exchange it for another product, you must complete the form below within 7 business days:

5. If you fail to fill out the required form, Shoepex will not be liable for resolving the issue. Whether you contact us via Customer Care or Messenger, filling out the form is mandatory for complaint resolution. If you face any difficulties completing the form, please inform Customer Care.

6. For refund claims, the product must be returned. Once the product reaches our warehouse and is verified to be in its promised condition, the refund will be processed. This process may take 7–15 business days.
