Exchange Policy
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must claim for an exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product.
- In this case, we will replace the product without any additional delivery charges.

- In such cases, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping charges (2X).

Return & Refund Policy
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can return it immediately to the delivery person.
- If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, inability to be present at the given location, or dissatisfaction with the product, only the delivery charge will apply:
- Inside Dhaka City: 80/-
- Outside Dhaka City: 140/-
- Products that have been used for more than a day, washed, or unboxed if sold as a sealed product are not eligible for return or exchange.
- However, if any defect is noticed within 7 days of use, the product can be exchanged but not returned.
- To return a delivered product, request a refund, or exchange it for another product, you must complete the form below within 7 business days:
